Facts we show before you pay
The details that decide whether a plan fits
Each plan page states these in plain words. Where a fact is not confirmed, it says so instead of guessing.
Listed networks
Local networks are named per plan. If none were supplied, the page says so.
Browse plans →Where your traffic exits
Some plans route traffic through another country. We show the exit country when it is clear, otherwise “Not confirmed”.
Visit help center →When the clock starts
Validity starts on first network connection, on installation or at purchase, depending on the plan. The plan page says which.

Answers before you buy
What is a travel eSIM?
An eSIM is a digital SIM installed in your phone. Our travel plans provide mobile data at your destination without replacing your physical SIM.
Can I make calls or send SMS?
These plans are data-only: no phone calls or SMS are included. Messaging and calling apps can use your data allowance.
Will my phone work?
You need an eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked device. Model, region and carrier restrictions differ. Check our device guidance and verify your exact model before purchasing.
When should I install my eSIM?
Install over a reliable Wi-Fi connection before travel. Follow the installation instructions and keep the travel eSIM off until you are ready to connect at your destination.
When does the plan start?
Validity for listed plans starts on first network connection. Review the selected plan’s activation conditions and any unused-package expiry before buying.
How will I receive my installation details?
Installation details are sent by email after your order is confirmed. Keep your order reference for support. Payments are not yet enabled on this storefront.
Can I get a refund?
Unused, uninstalled packages are reviewed subject to package restrictions and consumer rights. If an installed eSIM cannot connect and service cannot be provided, it is our fulfilment responsibility. Contact support for troubleshooting and review the refund policy.
Can I top up or use a hotspot?
Hotspot (tethering) works on every plan whenever your phone supports it; some phones need it switched on. Whether a plan can be topped up is shown on each plan. Top-ups through esimdtc are coming soon — contact support.
